Every person you meet, every activity you undertake, in fact every new experience in your neighbourhood may touch and change you for the better. The Fengshan Breakfast and Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP) Public Consultation and Exhibition, held at Block 94D Bedok North Avenue 4 from 15 to 16 February 2020, showcased proposed estate improvements such as new covered linkways, dropoff porches, barrier-free ramps and new precinct markers. These improvements span from Blocks 94A (multi-storey carpark) and 94B to 94E Bedok North Avenue 4.
The cost of neighbourhood renewal is fully borne by the government, but it takes the support of at least 75% of residents to ensure these improvements are implemented.
