East Coast Town Council has worked out with our term contractors to offer some handyman services to residents of East Coast Town. The types of handyman services and charges for the period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2024 are listed below. You may contact the contractors directly if you need these services. On receipt of payment, the contractor should issue an official receipt to the resident.
Please note that the charges are only based on work done during office hours (Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am – 5.00pm & Saturdays, (8.30am – 1.00 pm). The contractors do not provide the services after office hours and on Sundays and Public Holidays. If you require these services on Sundays, Public Holidays or after office hours, you may negotiate the rates with the contractor on a private basis, Town Council is not privy to this private engagement.
