For payments via Cash/NETS, our payment counters will be serving you from:

Mondays to Fridays: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm
Saturdays: Temporarily Closed
Sunday/Public Holidays: Closed

For payments via cheque, please include your Town Council Reference No. and Contact no. on the reverse side of the cheque. Cheque to be made payable to: East Coast-Fengshan Town Council.

HOW IT WORKS
You can pay your Town Council Service and Conservancy Charges (S&CC), including the related Goods and Services Tax and penalty fees, where applicable. With IBG/RCCS, you free yourself from queues, writing and posting cheques, penalty payment and most importantly – the embarrassment of forgetting to pay your bills. No administrative charge and other hassle. So apply now and stay ahead!

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO
Download and fill in the Inter-Bank GIRO / Recurring Credit Card application form. Upon approval, the monthly S&CC will be automatically deducted from your bank or charged to your designated credit card monthly.

GENERAL INFORMATION
For Inter-Bank GIRO (IBG) Application

  • Residents will be informed of the commencement date for the deduction once the bank has approved the application.
  • The average processing period for the application is about four to six weeks.
  • In the meantime, all applicants are advised to pay their S&CC by other available modes until a GIRO commencement letter is received.
  • When your IBG has commenced, please ensure sufficient fund is maintained in your bank account before the deduction date.
  • The deduction date will be effected on or about 28th of each month. A second GIRO deduction will be arranged on the 7th of the following month for the unsuccessful deductions.
  • If both deduction dates fall on a weekend or Public Holiday, the deduction will be effected on the following business day.
  • Please keep us informed of any changes to your bank account.
  • An Annual Statement of Account will be issued to reflect on the payment made for the year. You can also verify the deduction from your bank passbook or simply contact us to request for a copy of statement of account.

For Recurring Credit Card Scheme (RCCS) Application

  • The application will be processed and charged to your credit card between 7th to 10th of the month.
  • We regret to inform that American Express and Diners Club are not applicable in the RCCS application.

To find out your Town Council Reference No., please refer to your HDB Reference No.

What should I do if I wish to terminate or change my IBG/RCCS payment?
For termination or change of IBG/RCCS request, please notify us and your bank.

When will I receive my S&CC bill?
We wish to share that the monthly S&CC is due with no demand on the first day of the month. The due date for payment will be on the last day of the month.

How do I know if I have missed my S&CC payment?
A reminder notice will be automatically generated on the 18th of the month should there be no payment received by the 17th. It will serve as a friendly reminder mailer to our residents.
