Neighbourhood Renewal Programme @ Blocks 9, 10A (MSCP), 10B – 10F, 14 Bedok South Avenue 2

The Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP) is a program that offers improvement works confined to block and precinct levels and upgrade the quality of older HDB estates to bring them closer to the standards of the latest HDB developments.

Since the announcement on the selection of the precinct for NRP in September 2018, the working committee and the project architect have been working actively on the upgrading plan.

Under NRP, the neighbourhood will be upgraded with new common area facilities to enable residents to enjoy better facilities and communal spaces. The cost of the NRP will be fully funded by the Government. Given the constraints of the allocated budget, the working committee has carefully put together a package which addresses the major needs of the residents.

The preliminary designs for the NRP were showcased during the Public Consultation and Exhibition held over the weekends of 27-28 July 2019 at Blk 10B Bedok South Ave 2.
